Ingredients
Sponge material
* 150 gr white sugar
* 5 eggs
* 125 gr shifted medium protein flour
* 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
* 50 ml milk
Filling
* 250 gr Yummy Cream Cheese Neufchatel
* 25 gr honey
* 125 gr strawberry (halfed / quartered)
* 125 gr canned peach (diced)
* 10 gr mint leaf (for decoration)
How to make
Sponge materials
1. Cook milk until luke warm, put away.
2. Beat sugar with eggs until fluffy, add flour and vanilla, mix slowly.
3. Add milk, stir until even.
4. Pour batter onto 30cm x 30 cm pan covered in bread paper. bake in 180* C oven for 15 minutes.
Filling
1. Mix cream cheese with honey, add chopped fruit. Mix well then put away.
2. Place sponge on bread paper then pour filling on top. Spread evenly.
3. Roll sponge and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Cut and decorate to taste.
