Material
* 1 Puff Pastry (30 pcs cut)
* 250 gr (cup) Yummy Ricotta Cheese
* 1 can tuna in olive oil
* 1 Egg for spread.
How to make
1. Mix finely both the tuna and Ricotta Cheese
2. Put above Puff Pastry, then fold up the three, then press the sides with a fork
3. Place on a pan that is greased., Basting surface with beaten eggs.
4. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 190 * C for 25 Minutes
5. Remove and serve while still warm
